My first role after college, the Phoenix Suns gave me the opportunity to grow from a designer into a senior designer and leadership trainee. I led projects across digital, print, and presentations, collaborating with executives and sales teams to create high-impact work that supported business goals and multi-million-dollar sponsorships, all while mentoring junior designers and maintaining brand consistency.
